Empower Your Wellness Ethic and Thrive!

Toss the notion of having a “work ethic” into the dustbin of the 20th century. It misled generations to devote their lives to their job, and everything else—family, dreams, the fun stuff—had to scramble for scraps. There’s nothing noble about working hard unless you’re working hard for your well-being.

The 21st century is about having a Wellness Ethic. When you’re devoted to wellness, you nurture your mind, body, and spirit to deliver a steady stream of happiness. You cultivate loving relationships. You find joy in your passions and meaning in your work. You persevere through life’s chaos because you’re adaptable and resilient.

You deserve to thrive. The Wellness Ethic will help you thrive by making wellness accessible and actionable. You’ll be given practical insights that you can put to use immediately. It can transform your life.

You deserve to laugh and be inspired. Filled with humor and gripping personal stories, The Wellness Ethic was written to be the antidote to self-help books that are too damn boring!
